FLOWER DRYING METHOD AND BENEFITS
According to medical science, rosebud helps regulate the flow of vital energy and relieve depression, promote blood circulation to eliminate blood stasis, regulate menstruation to relieve pain, and soften the heart and brain vessels. They have a sweet and slightly bitter taste and have a warm nature, so they can nourish our heart, liver and blood vessels, and regulate the flow in our body for sedation, calmness and protection against depression.
Usually, rosebuds are stored after drying for wide use. There are many methods of drying rosebuds, such as drying in the sun or shade, freeze drying or drying using dryers. Among these methods, drying in the sun and ventilation in the shade not only achieve good drying results, but also are very convenient and labor-saving. However, neither of them can effectively and completely kill insect eggs, which will become worms in 2-3 months.

HOW TO DRY ROSEBUDS AND FLOWERS WITH EKOTEC DRYING MACHINE
1. Select the Rosebud or Flower you will dry:
The best time to collect is when the caulyx is slightly expanded and the pedal tips are red, i.e. before the rosebud starts to bloom. Collect rosebuds that have fully expanded but not opened. The collected rosebuds are placed in bamboo cages or baskets and sold or processed as soon as possible at the collection points. If the collection place is too far away, it is necessary to create a temporary canopy where you can open the rosebuds to get air. Do not pile them up, otherwise they will heat up.
2. Rose selection, purchasing methods and standards:
Processing factories purchase fresh rosebuds on a concentric basis from designated farmers. Rosebuds will be those that are collected within 12 hours and look bright with color and uniform size. The amount of small rosebuds should be less than 5% of the total.
Rosebuds do not take any pedicels, they are not mixed with other things.
Their receptacles are perfect. They do not deteriorate from heating or watering.
